Josephine Jiang

Josephine Jiang is PwC tax partner based in Beijing.  She has been practicing tax for over 20 year, mostly specializing in deals related services as well as providing post deal services.

Relevant experience

• Josephine has extensive experience in practicing China and International tax. She has served clients in a wide spectrum.  In recent years, she has dedicated her efforts in serving the PE and VC sector.  Josephine is also good at handling complicated transactions including carve out and privatization.
• From 2008 to 2009,  Josephine spent one year secondment in the PwC New York office helping US multinational companies in their China inbound investment.
• Josephine has also participated in the efforts in providing commentary to China tax authority on their recent M&A Tax and International Tax related regulations.

Qualifications

• Josephine has bachelor degree from Central University of Economics and Finance in taxation and holds a China Tax Specialist certificate.
