Mr. Luo is a Partner at PwC China Sustainability Team, based in PwC China’s Shanghai office. He has over 20 years of experience providing strategy and operation consulting services for Chinese mainland and international companies.

He consulted many MNCs and local leading companies in China on sustainable strategy, digital transformation, and operation improvement. He has expertise in Auto, Consumer Markets, Energy and Internet industries.

He received a MBA degree from University of Chicago and a B.S. degree from Nanjing University.
