Kristin is a partner in the Risk Assurance practice from PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. She has more than 18 years working experience in providing professional services relating to Data analytics, Third party assurance, performance improvement and internal control review, Sarbanes Oxley 404 consulting, financial audit assurance, business and IT process improvement, internal audit outsourcing or co-sourcing, information security, ERP implementation review, IT strategy and governance etc. Prior to joining PwC, Kristin was working as an ERP consultant for a major consulting firm and financial auditor for another Big Four accounting firm.

Kristin has in-depth knowledge and working experience in the TMT and Retail industry, from which she has led a great number of audit and advisory engagements (e.g. financial statement audit, internal controls optimisation, technology consulting).

Kristin is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CICPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”) and also held IBM DB2 and Business Intelligent Architect as well as ISO27001 LA.Kristin obtained her bachelor degree of Accounting and master of Software Engineering at Fudan University. Kristin was appointed as a guest lecturer at Fudan University since 2014.
