Lei Wang

Lei is a Partner of PwC China, Beijing.  She has over 25 years of assurance experience serving a number of state-owned enterprises, private entrepreneurs and multi-national companies. She has extensive knowledge of capital market transactions, including IPOs, M&A, as well as annual audits for China domestic markets and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In the past 16 years, Lei has been serving a range of clients in the Engineering & Construction (E&C) Industry, notably supporting major state-owned companies with their IPOs, annual audits, outbound acquisitions, and group restructuring. Benefiting from her rich expertise, she has helped clients in the E&C industry to achieve their strategic goals through prudent accounting advisory, internal control improvement, shrewd risk management and process transformation.

Lei holds professional qualifications from the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also has extensive knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP.
