Rock Wang

Rock is a Partner in the Tax and Business Advisory Services division of the PwC China, Shanghai office with rich professional experience. 

Rock has assisted many multinational and domestic companies in a wide spread of industries, including TMT, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail and consumer, to develop tax planning strategies and negotiating for financial incentives for their operations in China. 

Rock has extensive experience in providing tax planning and operation consulting in the areas of group restructuring and business restructuring, tax planning for High New Tech Enterprise, M&A, IPO, VAT refund, tax audit prevention and defence, etc. to help clients achieve both tax compliance and efficiency in a practical way.  Rock is a member of PwC’s China Innovation Platform and dedicated to create value for the innovative start-ups in China. 

Rock received a Bachelor in International Finance from Fudan University.  Rock is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Tax Agents.  Rock was nominated to attend PwC’s award-winning Genesis Park global leadership development program in US in 2013.
