Roger is the Mainland China and Hong Kong Private Equity Leader. He is also the M&A Advisory North Leader at PwC China.

Roger has over 20 years of professional experience and has been specialising in M&A and investments since 1998. He has extensive experience in managing and delivering professional services throughout the entire deal process, from advising on strategy to post-deal integration, for several thousand sizable transactions. They include advising multinationals and private equity funds investing into China, and local enterprises looking to expand overseas. The wide range of services include market study, market entry and M&A strategy, corporate finance, bidding facilitation, restructuring, acquisition and negotiation support, financial/commercial and buy-side/sell-side due diligence, post-deal integration and operation optimisation.
