Sally Ling

Sally is a tax partner of PwC China, based in Beijing . Her team is specialized in providing accounting and payroll outsourcing services.

Sally has been engaged in China tax professional consultation since 1998. She has provided tax consultation for many multinational corporations, as well as assistance in setting up the wholly foreign-owned enterprises and representative organizations. In recent ten years, Sally dedicates herself to the outsourcing services with accounting and payroll as a core, of which the service range could cover all the back office functions, as well as consultation services focusing on accounting and payroll, such as compliance review and financial system consultation.

Sally’s clients cover a wide range of industries, such as investment bank, fund, high-tech, retail etc. She has rich experience in the establishment and operation of the back office infrastructure.

Sally graduates from Renmin University of China with a bachelor degree in economics. Sally is a member of Chinese Certified Tax Agent.
