Sibia Dang is a Beijing-based partner of PwC China, focusing on research & development incentive services.

She began her career in China taxation and business advisories with a “big four” firm back in 2007. Prior to joining PwC China, she worked for another “big four” firm in Beijing, focused on providing various tax and business advisory services, tax due diligence services, tax compliance services, etc.

Sibia now focuses on providing China R&D incentive related services through technology-driven methodologies to clients including high and new technology enterprises, software enterprises, integrated circuit enterprises, etc. The service scope covers government cash grants, R&D expenses super reduction, analysing the gap between clients’ actual situations and regulation requirements, advising the possible remediation strategy, assisting clients to set up the R&D documentation system, etc.

She is experienced in working with IT companies, banks, financial institutions, manufacturing enterprises, automotive companies and high-tech enterprises.

Sibia holds a master degree in Finance and is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Chartered Tax Adviser.
