Thomas Lo

Thomas is a partner of the Capital Market Services Group, which is the centre of excellence in handling initial public offering (“IPO”) transactions of our firm. Thomas joined PwC in 1992 and has over 30 years experience in providing audit and business advisory services.

Thomas’s area of specialisation is in capital market transactions. He has extensive experience in IPOs and has assisted many Hong Kong and Mainland China companies successfully listed their shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Thomas is a fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K.) and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He received a master degree of business administration from University of South Wales, UK.
