PwC was named as the Best M&A Management Award, the Best M&A Financial Service Award and the Best M&A Advisor Award, by China Merge and Acquisition Association (“CMAA”) at the 2022 CMAA Annual Conference on 17 December 2022. An outstanding example for “Going Global” and “converting to new energy”

In recent years, China's M&A market has seen both opportunities and challenges, but investors' interests have remained robust and M&A activity is still high in some sub-sectoral industries. With the gradual release of the headwinds from epidemic, interest rates, and geography politics, we believe investors’ confidence will recover soon. M&A remains a strategic focus, also a good way to transform and grow, so we believe the M&A activities in China will soon revive and our leading M&A team will create more value for our clients in the near coming future!
